Please send us email with your invoice and the pictures of the defective product, our customer service team will get back to you by email within a day from Monday to Friday. We provide our customers 7 Day Money Back Guarantee to lower down the risk under the following terms:
Customer needs to email (firstname.lastname@example.org) us to arrange the return within 72 hours after pick up or receives the product and send out the product within 7 days.
The customer has the obligation to keep the product to be returned in its original condition and is not supposed to keep using the product before he returns it to us.
The item(s) must be delivered by the customer to our warehouse in original condition and packaging at the customer's own cost. And it is the buyer's own responsibility to keep it safe in transit. The warranty does not include the damage, worn, color change, fade, and mold on upholstery, stitch, fabric, leather, and vinyl.
The Consumer Guarantees Act doesn’t apply to goods usually used for commercial use.
The original receipt and invoice are required for all claims.
Exchange & Return Policy
Refund: All refund will be refunded to the original payment method.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly accept a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery or pick-up, upon presentation of the original receipt. The item must be returned in its original condition and packaging. Refunds will be processed based on the original method of payment.
If your merchandise has arrived damaged, please send an email to email@example.com as soon as possible in 72 hours after pick up or delivered with a detailed description of the issue along with a photo. We will take care of the rest!
Customers are responsible for applicable delivery fees for the return or exchange. If you paid for delivery and the items are damaged upon receiving, then we will take care of the shipping cost for the return or exchange. Returns or exchanges do not apply on mattresses that are used, abused, stained, soiled, or otherwise unsanitary.
The original receipt and invoice are required for all returns and exchanges.
The following defects are covered under the manufacturer’s first year warranty:
Return Policy Exceptions
"Make or Supply by Order" item(s) are not refundable.
"Opened mattress, pillow, and bedding products" are not refundable due to hygiene reasons.
In the situation of the returned item(s) not in original condition we have the right to refuse the return and refund or iFurniture will charge at least 15% or more of the purchase price's restocking fee, based on the returned item's condition.
All As-Is / Final Sale item(s) do not carry any warranty, and non-refundable.
All shipping and delivery fees are not refundable.
All assembled item(s) are not refundable.
Gift cards, gift certificates, and store credit cannot be exchanged or returned for cash, credit, or E-transfer.
iFurniture is not liable, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), under any statute or otherwise, for or in respect of:
1. goods that are used for normal domestic purposes and exclude goods acquired for the purposes of a business.
2. normal wear and tear or accidental damage (refer to the “Caring for Your Furniture” on the back of your Sales Order, or go to https://ifurniture.ca/furniture-care about iFurniture furniture care advice)
In this regard, please note that the following may occur as a result of natural and normal usage:
Accidental or incidental damage, fading, and discolouration from light or sunlight will not be covered under this one-year warranty.
Natural wear of fabrics may occur over time and are not considered defects. The foam padding in some furniture can shrink, and the outer fabric may shrink with it. This is characteristic of certain types of fabrics and will not be considered defective. Furniture provided for commercial use will not be covered under warranty.
Ready-to-assemble (RTA) products can easily be put together in your home. If your RTA product is missing any pieces, please first call the manufacturer’s number provided in your assembly instructions. The Brick will cover RTA products under its home furnishings one-year coverage. Coverage does not apply if you damage your product while putting it together or if you do not put it together correctly, resulting in damage later.
(a) leathers and fabrics will fade and crease;
(b) foam and fillings will soften and form the shape of the user over time;
(c) depending on the covering and the degree of use, the covering materials, cushion fillings, and suspension may need to be replaced periodically at the purchaser’s expense;
(d) scars, marks, and differing pore density and color are natural characteristics of leather;
(e) the leather and fabric products are upholstered by hand and therefore, the size and weight of these products may have minor variations of up to 5% from the sample products or from any product specifications you have been quoted.

3. damage caused by dye transfers spills such as acid, solvents, dyes or other corrosive materials, ink, paint, or bodily fluids;
4. damage caused by improper cleaning, negligence, treatment of the product with chemicals, exposing the product to the sun, extreme heat or bright light such as lamps, or otherwise caused by your acts and/or omissions; or
5. Frames that “squeak” or have loose joints are normally excluded as “normal wear.”
6. the cost of transporting the Product to and/or from the specified place of repair or replacement.
7. the failure of the purchaser to take reasonable steps to prevent the product from becoming of unacceptable quality and damage that occurs as a result of such abnormal use. This includes damage that occurs as a result of the failure of the purchaser to care for the product in the manner described in the section entitled “Caring for Your Furniture” in the Conditions of Sale on the back of the purchaser’s Sales order or https://ifurniture.ca/furniture-care about iFurniture furniture care advice.
8. all other warranties and guarantees, whether implied by statute or otherwise, are excluded to the maximum extent permitted by law, except for any applicable guarantees under the CGA.
9. the warranty against defects is not transferable. It is limited to the original purchaser specified in the original Sales Order. The warranty against defects only applies to products that are used for normal domestic purposes and excludes products used for commercial purposes.
Other Terms and Conditions
iFurniture reserves the right to request valid identification prior to accepting merchandise for a return.
iFurniture reserves the right to limit or refuse to accept the return of certain merchandise at any time and for any reason.
SPECIAL TERMS ON CHAIRS AND BAR STOOLS:
As all chairs and bar stools are breakable if misused and each chair and bar stool has it own nature to be used properly like beeing rocked, thrown or dragged. Also we do not warranty for the weight over 100kg. So we do not guarantee the damage on chairs and bar stools. If the buyer unhappy with the chair or bar stool, he can inform us to arrange the return within 3 days he receives the goods. Please refer to the 7 Day Money Back Guarantee terms above.
Deposits and Refunds
Deposits (excluding special order deposits) are refundable only within 14days.
Deposits will only be refunded to the same credit or debit card with which the deposit was made. Deposits made by cash will be refunded on the debit card or, if the cardholder is not present, the deposit will be refunded by E-Transfer and send to the person who paid for the order. A Photo ID will be required.
In-Store Pickup and Delivery Policy
IN-STORE PICK-UP You will receive a phone call once your order is ready for pick-up at the store. The original receipt and pick up form is required at the time of pick-up. Please ensure the vehicle used for the pick-up will accommodate the merchandise in its original packaging. The product warranty applies on merchandise leaving the iFurniture store in its original packaging. iFurniture personnel is not responsible for loading the merchandise into your vehicle and cannot be held responsible for merchandise that cannot be loaded into your vehicle due to the weight and/or dimensions of the merchandise.
DELIVERY SERVICE Larger items or orders containing multiple items are delivered through our local in-home delivery service, offered at a flat rate, based on your delivery address. Once your order is ready to ship, you will be contacted to schedule a delivery date. All orders that are ready to ship must be delivered within 30 days of becoming available. Each delivery is on a single address basis and an adult must be present to accept the delivery. The transporter will confirm a non-negotiable delivery window, between 10 am and 6 pm, one day prior to the scheduled delivery date. For in-home deliveries outside the provinces of Alberta, the delivery date and window will be confirmed by the transporter once they receive your merchandise. iFurniture cannot be held responsible if the transporter is unable to respect the provided window due to unpredictable circumstances.
DELIVERY PROCEDURES Many of the items will be delivered ready-to-assemble. Delivery personnel will not unpack or assemble products nor remove debris. Old items will not be moved or disposed of. In the event that the elevators are not available or nonexistent, the delivery personnel will deliver up to a maximum of two (2) flights of stairs. The customer must allow safe access to the site and ensure that adequate parking is available for the delivery personnel. All obstacles and walkways must be cleared before delivery. The responsibility is incumbent on the customer to measure all doorways, hallways, and stairwells. Please ensure your driveway and walkways are cleared to accept the delivery (i.e. snow & ice). Upon delivery, there will be no alterations to any doors, trims, moldings, or light fixtures to accommodate the passage of the products. Should the merchandise not fit through the passage, the delivery charge will not be refunded and a return fee may be charged. The delivery personnel will not remove their safety boots. Please ensure to protect your floors for the delivery.
INSPECTING YOUR DELIVERY Upon receipt of your order, please ensure that you have received all the items purchased. It is recommended that you review your packing slip before the delivery personnel leaves and advise them of any discrepancies. Please indicate on your packing slip any occurrence during the delivery and contact us as soon as possible. The transporter will not accept responsibility for any damages which have not been indicated on the packing slip. If you find any damage on your merchandise, keep all contents and their original outer and inner packaging. Please contact us immediately following your delivery to ensure that proper action is taken. Our products carry a one-year warranty covering manufacturing defects. The warranty applies only to the domestic use of our products. The warranty does not cover regular wear and tear, discoloration due to exposure to light, misuse, shrinkage or peeling of materials, or abusive wear. Items should be inspected thoroughly at the time of delivery. If you are not satisfied, refuse the item before signing the delivery receipt. Be sure to report any product defects or damages with the delivery agent. Damages must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
MODIFYING/RESCHEDULING/CANCELLING YOUR DELIVERY Your order, shipping address, and contact information cannot be modified within three (3) business days of the scheduled shipping date and/or once your order is in transit. Additional fees may apply for any modifications made to the order during this period. Should you be unavailable for the scheduled delivery, another delivery fee may be charged for rescheduling or canceling the order within three (3) business days of the scheduled shipping date and/or while the merchandise is in transit.
